You have the right to return your order within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery date shown on the tracking page).
Products must be returned unused and with all original accessories. If the product or its packaging shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value. If applicable, deductions typically range from 5% to 30% depending on the condition of the returned item.
Return shipping will be covered by AULA in the following cases:
- Product has defects or missing accessories
- Product does not match the description
We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
You will bear the return shipping cost in the following case:
- Return due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind)
You can still return your product within 30 days of receiving it, but if the return request is made after 15 days, the following applies:
- If product issues or defects are found during use and confirmed to be due to the product itself, AULA will cover the cost of returns and after-sales services.
The item must still meet all return conditions mentioned above.

Ship the Item
Before sending the item back, take clear photos of the product, packaging, and accessories to document the condition.
Please provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days of shipment.
If the product you received has a quality issue or visible defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. After we verify the issue, we will either issue a full refund or provide a free replacement, depending on your preference.
AULA will cover all related shipping costs.
To help us analyze and confirm the issue, please make sure to provide a video clearly showing the defect.
Once we receive your return package and confirm the product, packaging, and accessories are in good condition:
- We will process your full refund within 2 business days.
- Damage that occurs during transit will be covered by AULA, not the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). It may take 1–8 business days for the refund to appear.
- Return shipping reimbursements (when applicable) will be processed via PayPal or another suitable method.
