AULA Warranty Policy

At AULA, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty for all AULA products.

This warranty applies only to orders purchased directly from the official AULAGAMING website (https://aulagaming.com/). We are not responsible for products purchased from other platforms or channels.

This warranty covers:

  1. Appearance Issues
    • Keycap printing
    • Surface defects
    • Assembly flaws
  2. Structural & Functional Issues
    • Switch issues
    • PCB issues
    • Plate/padding issues
  3. Feel Issues
    • Spring inconsistency
    • Uneven lubrication
    • Key travel errors
  4. Electrical & Connectivity Issues
    • Wireless instability
    • USB port issues
    • LED lighting issues
  5. Packaging & Testing
    • Missing/wrong accessories
    • Incomplete testing

This warranty does not cover:

  1. User damage
    • Drops, spills, burns, or misuse.
  2. Normal wear and tear
    • Keycap fading, spring fatigue, surface wear.
  3. Unauthorized disassembly or modifications
    • Self-repair or modifications.
  4. Non-official repairs
    • Repairs by unauthorized service centers.
  5. Improper use
    • Using wrong cleaners or extreme environments.
  6. Software issues
    • Driver or firmware problems.
  7. Consumables
    • Cables, bags, or accessories wear.
  8. Non-official purchase
    • Bought from unauthorized sellers.

If a product develops a defect covered by warranty within 2 years of purchase:

AULA will cover all shipping costs, including return and reshipment, for repair or replacement.

Note: If the issue is found to be outside the warranty scope, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable repair costs.

Contact our customer support team at support@aulagaming.com and include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for return if eligible.

Upon receiving the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge and cover the return shipping.

Please do not return any product without first contacting customer support to obtain the proper return instructions. Unauthorized returns may result in AULA refusing to cover shipping costs or any related damages.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.

Replacement or repaired products do not extend the original warranty period. They are covered only for the remainder of the original 2-year warranty from the initial purchase date.

This warranty is provided in addition to your local legal consumer rights.
